What is Postnatal Pilates?

As a new mum, either for the first time or not, we often struggle to find time, for ourselves inparticular fitness & health.

I was exactly in your position, when I had my little one in 2024,  even as a fitness instructor!  So having qualified as a pre & postnatal Pilates instructor, I have now decided to offer a class with a difference!

​

No more thinking about having to sort childcare, or trying to find time!  You can bring your baby and toddler along to class!

​

Plenty of toys and baby mats for them, while you work out and if they need feeding or settling etc, then you can!  Without the fear of it disturbing others, as realistically we will all be in that boat at some point!!

Classes are 1 hour long and include a 40 minute Pilates workout with 20 minutes at the end to enjoy a cup of tea and chat with other mums!
